Oxford Museum Trip

Years 5 and 6 visited the History of Science Museum and the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford to further their studies into the Islamic Golden Age. The History of Science Museum had a world leading collection of Astrolabes and other astronomical equipment from the period. In the Ashmolean Museum we were self-guiding and looking at Geometric Art, Calligraphy and at a number of other artefacts from the period.
