We felt extremely privileged when on Monday 18th September the Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) the world’s largest humanitarian air operator visited our School. For over 75 years they have been flying light aircraft over jungles, mountains, swamps and deserts. They enable more than 1,400 aid, development and mission organisations to bring medical care, emergency relief and long-term development.
The children could not quite believe their eyes when they arrived at school on Monday morning to see an aircraft in the playground.
Each class had the opportunity to visit the plane and learn all about MAF. We have shared some photographs below.:
