Footwear

Children in years 2-6 will be expected to wear black school shoes to school. These will be worn in school during the day. These children will also require trainers for outdoor PE sessions. Indoor PE sessions will be done in bare feet.

For pupils in FS/Year 1, they too will be expected to wear black school shoes to school during the day. The children also require black plimsolls or trainers for PE and wellies for wet play sessions.

Sandals are not suitable for school and we would request that children do not wear them to or in school. May we also remind you that pupils with long hair should have it tied back.

School PE kit

All children will need black shorts, a school T-shirt, and either plimsolls or trainers

for outdoor activities. At Key Stage 2 children may also wear tracksuit bottoms for outdoor sessions. The PE kit should be in school everyday. Long hair must be tied back for PE.

Children should not wear jewellery to school. If ears are pierced, only studs should be worn and these should be removed for PE sessions.
